Will append the following to the code definition:

"This control is best used for small-to-medium sized lists of options that can reasonably be scanned and selected in a drop-down control.  If the list of options is managed by ValueSet, the designer should be confident that the set of codes will both be fully available and appropriately sized.  For larger lists, the autocomplete control is more appropriate."

    Description

In https://www.hl7.org/fhir/valueset-questionnaire-item-control.html, it states that code "autocomplete" is for large choice sets. It would be helpful to clarify that type "dropdown" is for choice sets small enough to show as a complete list to the user, and that when used with answerValueSet, the expansion of the ValueSet should either be something the terminology server can completely return, or for a contained ValueSet be provided as ValueSet.expansion.
