    • Change Request FHIR-20522 MessageHeader.source.endpoint and MessageHeader.destination.endpoint

    Description

      In the English/UK Electronic Prescribing System (and possibly wider) we don't make use of 

      • source.endpoint
      • destination.endpoint

      instead we use identifiers in

      • sender.identifier
      • destination.receiver.identifier

      If we need a uri, this is solved via alternative means (endpoint lookups).

      Can we make

      • destination.endpoint

      optional?
