Will remove duplicative constraints in this guide's profiles so that they do not inappropriately appear on the differential tab. Specifically, we will remove DR.subject constraint and will check for (and resolve) other profiles where this issue also occurs.

    Description

See discussion at https://chat.fhir.org/#narrow/stream/179252-IG-creation/topic/Differential.20table.20bug.20.28or.20.2E.2E.2E.20bug.20in.20my.20brain.29.3F – for example, DiagnosticReport.subject should not be included in the differential list, since it hasn’t changed relative to the base profile. I’m not sure if there’s a systematic issue here with other elements appearing in the differential when they shouldn’t (but if so, other instances would be worth cleaning up, too).
