In the table at http://hl7.org/fhir/us/cancer-reporting/2021Sep/background.html#background it’s unclear what’s content and what’s header material. In some cases there appear to be two headers in a row (“PATIENT RESULT”, then “PATIENT:”), and the use of colons after capitalized terms is inconsistent. The FHIR profile column should include links to the relevant artifacts.
