Remove the QUICK section.  https://jira.hl7.org/browse/FHIR-26592 applied a change to call int Authoring.  Information is hard to maintain, looks bad with new template, and is not used by measure developers.  The new template includes a view with MUST Support snapshot, which is similar and generated automatically.
