This is not something that can be changed as the ballot release is frozen. The actual FMM is accurately reflected in the final R4B release. The ballot page is no longer referenced, though we've discovered it is still present under-the-covers.

We will update the R4B spec to remove the ballot intro page so that it no longer exists, even under the covers, so there won't be any potential for confusion should someone discover the page.

On the spec it states: "The following resources have had their maturity levels increased to level 3+"

This is incorrect since NamingSystem only reached Maturity level 2.
