    Description

The tooltip of the effective[x] row says:

MedicationStatement.effective[x] : The interval of time during which it is being asserted that the patient is/was/will be taking the medication (or was not taking, when the MedicationStatement.taken element is No).

The taken element doesn't exist on MedicationStatement anymore, this info is now stored in status. So I suggest the text be changed to:

MedicationStatement.effective[x] : The interval of time during which it is being asserted that the patient is/was/will be taking the medication (or was not taking, when the MedicationStatement.status element is not-taken).
