There are a number of common elements across Da Vinci Plan-net, Formulary, CARIN BlueButton, and EHR US Core patient access that none of those IG's address. Add guidance regarding how they ay be used together, such as:

• Plan-net InsurancePlan and Formulary InsurancePlan
• Drugs represented in a US Core EHR or CARIN BB transaction and searching for alternatives with the Formulary IG
• After using the Formulary IG to find a medication and pharmacy network type, finding the closest pharmacy to me that is part of the network type. 

This may require a higher level document than can/should be expressed by any particular IG, as it could include other guidance like finding another provider that could provide similar services (as found in the CARIN BB EoB), but in network.
