Will clarify that this extension expresses bytes (in R4B).

Will correct the SDC example to express the correct decimal value for 1 MB (1024*1024).

    Description

      See https://chat.fhir.org/#narrow/stream/179255-questionnaire/topic/maxSize:

      1) The maxSize extension ((maximum attachment size, http://hl7.org/fhir/R4/extension-maxsize.html) does not say what the unit is. The description in the SDC guide (http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/sdc/behavior.html) says "bytes", but the example (http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/sdc/examples.html#mimetype-maxsize) shows a "1" for 1Mb. Which is it? Please add something to the maxSize page that specifies the unit, and also correct the inconsistency in the SDC IG.

      2) If the unit is bytes, the type for maxSize should be integer rather than decimal.
