Description

DocumentReference contains several references to "composition" that I believe are confusing. Please replace references to "composition" with "document".

Example: "Who attested the composition" on Composition.attester.party

Consider changing the name of the CompositionStatus value set to be more generic that applies to both composition and document reference.
