      This should be handled using the CapabilityStatement2 mechanism, but the timeline for that is too long.  We will define a temporary extension for this purpose, but will expect it to move to the CS2 mechanism as soon as that IG is out.  (There's also a need to specify a lot more engine capabilities that CS2 will be a good approach for.)

    Description

      If a server provides support for CQL evaluation, it should advertise supported version. Consider defining an extension for CapabilityStatement to specify supported cql version:

      cqf-supportedCqlVersion code 1..1 Specifies a version of CQL that the server understands

      The extension would be allowed on CapabilityStatement any number of times to enable indicating support for multiple versions of CQL.
