      change defined in FHIR-32450 and FHIR-32459 changes to the way media is recorded. In these updates media is clarified to persistence media, that is media that is known to become an entity for the data. Will be silent on protocols that are sometimes persistence and sometimes merely transport. The choice is available to the implementer.

      There's a separate place to capture network addresses. Neither Email nor URIs are media and should not be in the list. (Could care less what DICOM calls them.)
