Appendix I: Glossary

Non-substantive
Description
The glossary is not so much a "glossary" per se (MW Dictionary defines as "a collection of textual glosses or of specialized terms with their meanings") as it is a References page (referencing various codes and profiles within the IG).
The Descriptions used in the table seem more appropriate in the Detailed Descriptions page included in each profile. A "Glossary" should be used as a place to define Terms/Concepts referenced throughout the guide (i.e. variant, allele, genotype, phenotype, ACMG, etc) to aid the non-genetics expert reader in understanding what was meant.
As a best practice, terms should not self-define (example: "mode of inheritance" defined as "mode of inheritance") and include an authoritative source where the definition originated.
If this is not the intent/scope of this Appendix, I would suggest renaming.
