      Replace the phrase "SMART host" with "SMART EHR". 

      Replace "client app should display a default application UI context" with "client app SHOULD display a default application UI context".

    Description

      If a SMART host provides a value that the client does not recognize, or does not provide a value, the client app should display a default application UI context.

      What is a SMART host? the EHR?
      Clarify this in the spec.

      Also, shouldn't it be "SHOULD display"
