We have to revisit thevalid combinations of Modality and Technique against latest Value Sets.

Typo "Pulse Dose Rate" should read "Pulsed Dose Rate" or better match exactly the terms from the Value Sets. LDR-PERM and LDR-TEMP are now different modalities.
