Description
Taking concepts from different Coding Systems makes it more difficult to understand how the codes in a Value Set relate or differ. In particular if using codes from SNOMED CT, which do not have any definition in the Coding System. For example, selecting the right technique from a mixed Value Set is difficult if not all concepts are described side by side in similar language and detail. Proposed Change: Bring back the definitions developed on the own coding systems, even if now concepts are used from other coding systems, like it is already the case in the Treatment Intent Value Set. In particular, include definitions for codes that we filed to SNOMED CT and that may not be fully described by the SNOMED CT Fully Specified Name,
