The names showing up in the invariants are the slice names for the extensions.  The slice names names are the unique names in the model for a particular extension slice.  These are distinct from the URLs of the extensions - and because they need to be unique, they can't always be the same as the URL.  We need to ensure that the tooling that shows the elements in the various table views shows not only the extension URL but also the slice name so that it's clear what the paths referenced in the invariants and other sections are actually referring to.  This is a tooling problem with the IG publisher.  Will submit a separate change request for this. However, we've since determined we don't need both the cqf-calculatedValue and cqf-expression extensions here, so we'll drop to using only cqf-expression -both here and other places where we currently support both.
