While reviewing this extension for the VSDP project, it was questioned whether we need this extension to achieve the desired result of providing a readable name for the included ValueSet in the parent ValueSet definition.

The title from an included value set should be rendered in the compose. 

An extension of title would be manually entered and there is some concern that the value might be incorrect. If the tooling were to extract the included ValueSet.title, then it would be accurate.
