incorrect description of MCPOL code

    Description

      1st three sentences in description for managed care (MCPOL) seems to fit workers' comp; they do not describe managed care. Move or delete.

      In addition, several values are not appropriate for health coverage (life insurance, annuity, etc.). See attached review of values & the axes they seem to address.
