    Description

I can't see any good reason to not collapse these 4 things into one resource. If someone wants to talk about packaged combinations of drugs independent of manufacturer, or generic formulations or various other 'levels' of drug information they're forced into an awkward box by this layering. I think the complexity of splitting into multiple resources outweighs the complexity of adding the few extra elements that are present on AdministrableProduct, ManufacturedItem and PackagedProduct to MedicinalProduct. This would not degrade expressivity - it would enhance it and it would simplify a lot of things.
