      I wonder if the fact that we might have three distinct senses of Consent.Status = “inactive” means that we should use alternate coding to be able to discriminate between Terminated (Revoked: Previously Agreed to Participate but Subsequent Revocation), Replaced (Renegotiated), and Denied (Refused to Participate).
