It appears that due to the resolution of https://jira.hl7.org/browse/FHIR-28219 the search parameter 'clinical-patient' (http://hl7.org/fhir/SearchParameter/clinical-patient) has been updated. Now, the search-parameter as defined in search-parameter.json contains all resources types in SearchParameter.target, whereas it should only be Patient.
