      Agreed the datatypes should be depicted in the diagram illustrating special-purpose datatypes.

      Based on the lack of community engagement for the OrderedDistribution datatype, and the fact that the EvidenceReport and List resources could be used to describe ordered distributions, we will remove the OrderedDistribution datatype.

      In addition, submit a tracker on R5 to effect the same change.

    Description

      It is not clear why these are "special" since they both derive from BackBoneElement. They should be shown in the "Special Purpose Data types" quadrant of the diagram in 2.24.0.

      None of the Evidence example include Evidence.distribution. Add an example of Evidence that uses Evidence.distribution (i.e., OrderedDistribution type).
