We will define a code in the CapabilityStatement2 approach to allow this to be stated as a 'feature'.  We will ensure that the SHALL/SHOULD/MAY extension's scope is extended to include the 'feature' structure in CapabilityStatement2.

    Description

      Search documentation says,

The inclusion process can be iterative, if (and only if) the modifier :iterate is included. For example, this search returns all Medication Request resources and their prescribing Practitioner Resources for the matching Medication Dispense resources:

      GET [base]/MedicationDispense?_include=MedicationDispense:prescription &_include:iterate=MedicationRequest:performer&criteria...

But there doesn't seem to be any structural way in the CapabilityStatement resource to indicate which _include:iterate parameters SHALL be supported.
