In the IG, the Genomics Report has a category of genetics, but we only use "laboratory" for the Observation spec.

The binding level for category on Observation is preferred, and we already have "laboratory" on there, so I'd think we should be able to add the "genetics" category (ideally stealing from the DiagnosticReport category valueset) 

As an added benefit, this makes searching on Observations by category more readily able to filter genomic lab results from normal lab results.
