The example for ID only is a bit vague on how this differs from the other payload types. Suggest rewording to explicitly use the IDs available for id-only payloads.

Existing Wording:

Proposed Wording:

For example, if the notification is for a topic about patient admission, the subscriber may fetch relevant Encounter resources using URLs included in the notification.
