      We intend to add device info in future versions of the ballot, but currently the working software that would use the Breast Radiology IG does not keep this detailed device info in their records. 

      There is a lot of work occurring on device information, esp asa regards to new FDA regulation, and we will integrate the results of that into this IG when it is more complete.
