The Foreign Object ValueSet includes multiple definitions that are singular and plural representation of the same object. In other finding types, this is noted by the Observed Count concept, which simplifies the number of definitions. Suggest that the same be done with Foreign Objects - remove the plural versions and add the Observed Count concept.
