      These are "demographic" domains and are descriptive of the patients status relative to the domain concept(s).  There is no expression of a value judgement in these domains. No change is anticipated.  Will consider adding additional explanation with regard to these types of categories or a reference to the Gravity terminology work.

    Description

      All of the other category terms are expressed as negative terms - objective is to minimize/eliminate them. On the other hand, education and employment are generally 'positives'. Observations about all of the others would be expressed as "degree of", which might be zero. On the other hand, observations about education and employment could cover all sorts of things, many not really relevant to SDOH. Should education and employment be re-named and re-framed to be consistent with the approach to the other categories?
