    Description

Asserter being the patient would mean the patient is explicitly declaring "I have this Condition". If the existence of the Condiiton is being inferred from a score calculated by a patient-completed questionnaire, the asserter is the 'device' that's evaluating the score and auto-generating the Condition, it's not the Patient. (Note previous item that challenges whether it's appropriate to infer the Condition solely on the basis of a questionnaire score with no human intervention.)
