This is the sort of thing I'd normally expect to see in the usage notes section on the 'details' page of the profile rather than in implementation notes. In fact, look at using comments and rationale to capture a fair bit of what's on this page. You only need to specify 'Usage notes' on the main page when there's something complex you want to convey or something that's really important to highlight. Less important details can go on the details page where implementers can dig for them if/when ready. (Applies to all profiles/additional guidance.)
