Why mandate SocialHistory and Survey?

      There is a need to identify the observation as the result of an SDOH survey instrument. We be able to identify Social-History observations and to differentiate those what are the result of a survey and those that are based on a different source (e.g. an interaction between a provider and a patient or from the result of an intervention)

      Will provide explanation (guidance) for the use of these required category codes for the above purposes.

    Description

      Yes, those are valid categories, but why would you force those to be declared? How do they benefit your use-case? The text says that the reason is "to facilitate searching for SDOH screening response observations". However, the reality is the only slice that actually really helps with that is the SDOH one. The others will bring back a ton of other stuff that's not SDOH-related.
