    Description

That's a nice idea, except the Hrex page isn't written to enable this. Specific issues:

      • It specifically sets expectations for "Da Vinci" guides - those statements would be confusing for a Gravity reader.
      • It points to the 21st Century Cures act, which I don't think applies to Gravity?
      • It refers to 'member' and 'payer' which doesn't really make sense for most of the Gravity use-cases
      • The referenced Da Vinci Guiding Principles also have payer-specific language.

If the intent is for the Da Vinci language to be used in other places it will need to be generifieid, or the reference to the Da Vinci language will need to explain how payer-specific rules should be interpretted.

      Existing Wording:

This Implementation Guide is adopting the Security and Privacy Section from the Da Vinci Project Health Record Exchange (HRex) IG.
