Will redo the FHIR modeling diagram to include the expected workflows, interactions, and decision points.   In the process we will eliminate the unnecessary colors and shapes. When the sections are updated we will decide where the FHIR modeling should be presented (e.g. it most likely will not stay in the Scope section, or if it does, clarity will be added as to how it helps to define the scope.

    Description

There are green, grey and pink backgrounds that have weird shapes and don't seem to add anything to the diagram. I thought perhaps the shapes represented steps, except that one shape has 2 step numbers, and that still doesn't explain the green + pink, nor the grey.

Also, North Americans read left-to-right, top to bottom. So your entry-point should be top-left and the diagram, should as much as possible have the data structures organized to show a logical progression of steps.

Most importantly, if you're going to have a diagram with a whole bunch of parts and labeled steps, you'd darn well better have text that explains it (And give serious consideration to using a plantuml SVG diagram so you can link from the entities and relationships in the diagram to the corresponding descriptions)

Finally - exactly what does the diagram have to do with 'scope'? If you're going to put it in this section, need to explain the relevance.
