We should explain two things:

• If a mapping is not present for a particular FHIR element, it's still possible to capture that information as a supplemental variable if the information is relevant to a study
• CDISC has a registry of 'standard' supplemental variables that could possibly be leveraged.  At present, this implementation guide doesn't cover mappings to variables from that registry.
