Trusted Third Parties perform the intermediary functions (e.g., apply business logic and inform the Reportability Response) using appropriate authorities and policies."  TO the following:  "at an intermediary organization that serves as a conduit to exchange data between healthcare organizations and an endpoint and may additionally perform other intermediary functions (e.g., apply business logic and inform the Reportability Response) using appropriate authorities and policies."    Add the following example to the TTP definition: In electronic case reporting, for example, RCKMS on the AIMS platform is playing a critical compliance role to confirm reportability in accordance with state laws.   Knowledge Artifact Representation for TTP:  Currently the TTP or Receiver can be specified in a Knowledge Artifact using the extension of receiverAddress. We propose to make this extension a complex extension which includes the address Endpoint URL and an optional separate URL to specify the role or other documentation about the TTP or the Receiver if desired.
