      Will clarify that a standard extension will be needed to convey multiple repetitions in R4. (Procedure.category does repeat in the draft of R5.) The SNOMED binding is an example, which means that any codes can be used. Even if the binding were stronger, alternate codes would be possible on other repetitions.

    Description

      The mapping comment says: "\.\.\. Procedure\.category repeats\. The option exists to have as many categorizations with whatever axes and granularities needed or desired\. …\."
      Two issues: (1) the Proceudre resource defines Procedure\.category as [0\.\.1], so it does not seem to be a repeatable element; (2) It currently is set to conform to (SNOMED CT) (Example)\. Can it be be altered/customized to deviate from SNOMED CT?
