Medical History Event Location is indicated as MHLOC which is absent from SDTMIG 3.3. MHBODSYS may be more appropriate.  Medical History Event Location
o The anatomical locations that this concept points to, is mapped to the variable MHLOC for both CDASH and SDTM.
o For FHIR mapping, the Resource.Attribute combination of Condition.bodySite, AdverseEvent.resultingCondition.bodySite, and BodyStructure.location are referenced. Although the Observation resource is not referenced, it contains and attribute of Observation.bodySite that could be used for FHIR mapping. AllergyIntolerance is also not referenced, however, would it be possible for these to target BodyStructure.location to capture the anatomic location?
 Medical History Event Laterality and Medical History Directionality
o "Laterality" and "Directionality" are mapped to CDISC variables MHLAT and MHDIR, respectively.
o From the FHIR side, both of these concepts reference the Resource.Attribute combinations of BodyStructure.locationQualifier and AdverseEvent.resultingCondition.bodySite. Given that both of these concepts reference the same FHIR Resource.Attributes, it is expected that further curation of values will be necessary, since these codelists contain values that encompass anatomic locations, laterality, relative location, directionality, number, plane.
