Correct. In FHIR, multiple codings can be mapped to a single element. Condition.code indicates the encoding of the condition. Codes can be specified at any level of granularity required. (SDTM, on the other hand, needs a separate element for each code). Multiple SDTM coded elements mapping to a single FHIR coded element (which can handle multiple codings) is appropriate.
