Currently, the dependencies of an IG are exposed in the qa.html page, under Dependency Checks (example, https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/davinci-deqm/qa.html). 

That page is exposed in the footer, indirectly, via the QA Report link, but that's not readily evident.

The request is to expose dependency information as first-class information.  For example, add "Dependencies" as a sibling to Version History in the footer.
