Have researched the extra constraints that the FHIR Shareable Library (Def'n: Enforces the minimum information set for the library metadata required by HL7 and other organizations that share and publish libraries) places on the based FHIR Library resource and they align with the profile in question. Will update to use the shareable library fhir resource instead of base resource.
