      After careful discussion and considerations of the following terms 

      Trust Service Provider, Trust Services, PII Management Service, Protected Data Management Service the proposal is to rename the actor to "Trust Services".

      Other terms that were brought up in the discussion included PPRL.

      Trust Services is already in use in the chronic program space.

      Description

      The "Trust Service Provider" does not relate to parties establishing trust relationships. It appears to manage removal of PII/PHI from data or re-linking data. 

      Suggest changing name to "PII Management Service".
