The libraries FHIRHelpers and FHIR-ModelInfo are referenced by CQL libraries (and are included as dependencies using the relatedArtifact element). But they don't resolve in the core FHIR specification. Consider updating the 'name' and 'url' elements of these resources so that they resolve correctly.

Also, please consider this a technical correction (for inclusion in R4B) so that this issue can be addressed for all the implementation guides that have it.
