Codes for FHIR artifacts required for HL7 FHIR IG publishing may be valuable across the IG developer community. Such artifacts include "jira-spec", "package-list.json", "ig-config" (ex: ig,int), etc. Could these codes be defined and maintained by HL7 (FMG, FHIR-I, Vocab..?) in a publicly accessible ValueSet?
