      To help implementers, we added a comprehensive and clinically-realistic prose description of a breast cancer patient to the IG examples page, and then created a complete set of FHIR resources representing the information in the description. Many of these resources use mCODE profiles; others to US Core or base FHIR where mCODE does not provide a profile to represent a specific type of data.

    Description
