Description
https://confluence.hl7.org/display/FHIR/NPM+Package+Specification#NPMPackageSpecification-.index.json documents a file .index.json which is included in our NPM packages to allow for quick loading of a package.
In order to load code systems correctly, without looking inside the code system resource, I had to add "supplements" to the .index.json file so that I could load supplements correctly. This is a request to approve this and add it to the documentation
In addition, it would be good to add "content" so that a package loader can decide to load code systems stubs (ones with no content) or not without actually having to read the ode systems. This is useful because all specifications now implicitly use UTG, and it has 1000+ code systems. I really don't want to load all those so I can choose which to ignore.
