Description
In order to tie the QuestionnaireResponse (and the Questionnaire) to the Patient, the QuestionnaireResponse.subject element must be populated with the patient that the QuestionnaireResponse is for.
Create a new eLTSS QuestionnaireResponse profile and add a must support flag on QuestionnaireResponse.subject.
