      In this context of confidentiality, it is the level of protection afforded most health care information. This sets the pivot between more protective confidentiality afforded information deemed more sensitive than the "norm" and confidentiality protections outside of healthcare delivery, e.g., "moderate"; "low" for de-identified information, and "unrestricted" for information for which there may be no confidentiality protection.
