    Description

Is there a need to protect an order from triggering a payer CDS Hook if it could be related to sensitive types of care – care that the patient could even want to self-pay for so that it wouldn’t be run through insurance? (Reproductive services, mental health, etc.?) At what point do security labels get created? It seems like they would not be in play yet at the ordering stage. Is there a way to “protect” an order from payer CDS Hooks? Can orders be tagged with security labels like this?
