Description

Jira 27016 adds instantiatedCanonical and instantiatedURI to Immunization and ImmunizationRecommendation but in the PH WG call (6/25) we agreed not to add it to ImmunizationEvaluation until we can further think about what it means to identify a protocol that the evaluation ran against.
